Rich Louie is the dedicated coach of the San Leandro High School Drumline, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for music education. His journey in the world of drum corps began when he marched with the Oakland Imperials Drum & Bell Corps, a foundation that instilled in him a lifelong love for percussion.

Outside of his role as a drumline coach, Rich has a successful career as a business consultant during the week. However, his true passion shines through on the weekends, when he devotes his time to his non-profit organization, Rhythmic Pathways - Rhythm Cadet Drumline. This program is designed to give young people opportunities to explore music and rhythm, promoting personal growth, teamwork, and discipline through percussion. Rhythmic Pathways aims to provide accessible drumline training, helping participants not only improve their musical skills but also build confidence and strong community connections.

With his unique blend of professional expertise and dedication to youth development, Rich Louie continues to inspire students and foster a deep appreciation for music and rhythm.
